1. Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving an invoice to confirm your reservation and hold the date. All payments are transmitted securely and are not stored by Good News Signs.

2. Good News Signs keeps high-quality yard card displays to provide yard card rental services throughout the community all year long. Please take care of the signs as they will be collected and used to bring smiles to other yards. You will be invoiced full replacement value for lawn display items that are missing or damaged. Please do not move, relocate or vandalize our signs. Do not throw them in the garbage.

3. Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun and can damage the signs upon contact.

4. Please do not use any type of tape or adhesives on the display.

5. Please do not allow anyone (including pets) to play on or around the yard cards. The displays are not meant for sitting, leaning or playing on.

6. Please do a pencil test before booking! If a pencil will not go into your lawn the sign stakes will not go in either! If it has been dry out please water your lawn before we arrive to set up your yard card display, this helps to soften up the ground.

8. Please do not mow or weed eat your lawn while the yard cards are on display. Flying debris can ruin the signs,

9. By agreeing to have Good News Signs participate in your event, you agree that Good News Signs is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

10. If the sign is a surprise, please make sure someone at the residence knows we will be setting up so we do not startle or upset anyone.

11. By agreeing to have Good News Signs participate in your event you are agreeing that Good News Signs has the creative freedom to design your display. No two displays will look exactly the same. Inventory varies by date so book early to guarantee your color or theme requests.

12. Good News Signs reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Policies are subject to change. 

13. Good News Signs does not use trademarked, licensed or copyrighted items and images such as Disney characters. We do our best to match your theme and color scheme to the best of my ability to complete your display vision.

14. By agreeing to have Good News Signs participate in your event you are agreeing to allow us to post pictures of the display on all social media platforms and the website unless you request otherwise. We will not tag you unless requested to do so. No addresses, license plates or personal info will be targeted. In the event they cannot be avoided they will be blurred.

Refund Policy

1. A 24-hour notice is required for a full refund. If inside the 24-hour window, you can receive refund in the form of a credit to use for a future rental. 

2. We will work extra hard to make sure we can set up your yard card. However, in the event of inclement weather (lighting/thunderstorms, heavy rain, or high winds), we may not be able to. Should this occur, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your yard card.

3. You will NOT receive a refund or credit if the following occur:
•The yard card is a surprise and the homeowner does not want me to set up or requests that the yard card be removed.

•The wrong address or gate code was given and we are unable to contact you for the correct information. •There are loose animals in the yard preventing us from installing.
